RSS3 rubber is one of the most popular grades in the Ribbed Smoked Sheets line, widely used in the industry thanks to its balance between cleanliness and mechanical strength. The RSS3 production process at Tien Nga strictly adheres to the standards of smoking time and temperature to ensure stable quality without affecting the rubber properties.
Since RSS3 grading is still mainly based on visual assessment, Tien Nga has developed an intensive training program for the inspection team along with periodic cross-assessment activities, helping to ensure consistency and accuracy in grading at all factories.
